In recognition of the Centenary of the Lady Chapel at Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral, in which a window is dedicated to the memory of Josephine Butler, the Trustees are holding a Celebration Service and Conference on Thursday 27th May, 2010.

Once again the Cathedral is delighted to host the Liverpool University Lecture series in 2010 based on the theme of ‘The Port of Liverpool’. The 7th of 7 lectures marks the start of the Lady Chapel’s Centenary celebration month with a special focus on one of the famous women depicted its windows: Josephine Butler.
Start will be prompt at 1pm. Entrance is free.
